How to request account deletion
Users of bibisco Everywhere may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@bibisco.com
- Use the subject line:
“Account deletion request – bibisco Everywhere” - Include the email address associated with your bibisco Everywhere account
Once your request is received, we will verify the account ownership and proceed with the deletion.
What data will be deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- bibisco Everywhere account
- Authentication data (email address, Firebase UID)
- Writing projects synchronized via bibisco Everywhere
- Files and attachments stored in Firebase Storage
- Associated metadata (timestamps, project structure, revision data)
Data retention
The following data may be retained where required by law:
- Purchase and billing records, for tax and accounting purposes
- Support communications, if legally required
Such data will be retained only for the period required by applicable laws and will not be used for any other purpose.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification of the request.
